jessica​ Cherry

Jessica Cherry is a multidisciplinary artist with an MFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art and Design (MICA) and BFA from Lock Heaven University. Originally from the Bronx, NY, she resides in Maryland and works as a Museum Educator in Washington, DC. Cherry's work often explores the intersections of emotions, communication, and the uncanny, using painting, sculpture, and mixed media to unravel the complexities of human experience. Her practice challenges perceptions of reality, inviting viewers to engage with the subtleties of emotion and interactions while exploring the human condition.
